About the project.
At Windsor House, Harrogate, we delivered a three-phase refurbishment programme to enhance functionality, comfort, and style across this landmark period building.
Works included transforming the reception area, creating modern shower and changing facilities, and revitalising the historic Palm Court into The Pantry — a collaborative space blending heritage charm with contemporary design.
Scope of Works.
Reception
In the first phase we fully refurbished the reception area, carrying out complete redecoration alongside the installation of new mechanical and electrical systems. The space was transformed into a welcoming, modern entrance, featuring a bespoke reception desk.
Showers
We transformed a former toilet and store room into high-quality communal showers and changing facilities for tenants. The works included installing new showers, WCs, and a dedicated changing area, providing modern, practical amenities that support workplace comfort and well-being.
Palm Court
In the third and final phase, we revitalised the historic Palm Court Foyer and Café, now known as The Pantry. Blending traditional architecture with contemporary design, the refurbishment introduced luxurious booths, modern finishes, and a striking central olive tree.
