Our first ever project at Construction North Group, where we delivered a high-quality retail refurbishment in Scarborough. In partnership with Hollis Global, we completed extensive roof repairs, gutter clearance, timber replacement, lead flashing renewal, slate repairs, and full external redecoration of elevations, new timber sash windows, and rainwater goods.

External fabric works included decorating elevations, windows, and rainwater goods, restoring visual appeal while protecting the building's durability.
Roof.
Roof repairs included clearing gutters, replacing rotten timber, renewing lead flashing, and replacing damaged or missing slates for full restoration.
Timber.
Rotten external timber elements were replaced and restored, ensuring structural integrity, weather resistance, and long-lasting durability.
